I've seen a lot of bad reviews about eye massagers and I understand. These things feel very uncomfortable when worn. BUT I've found that after a few minutes of wearing the eye massager, my normally tight facial muscles begin to relax. It seems to help me calm down and fall asleep after a long day. The more sleep I get, the better my mood and productivity the next day. So in that regard, this massager was a great investment - it has paid for itself many times over.
