Great, SUPPORTIVE slippers

Slippers are slippers, right? Well yes and no. Most people think of slippers as a pair of sloppy, comfy pieces to wear around the house. As the dress code has changed in recent years, it's not uncommon to see people shopping in pajamas and slippers. You'd never catch me DEAD with that, but I digress... If you have foot problems like plantar fasciitis like me, you need supportive shoes. I've tried a few other pairs of "supportive" slippers, but both proved unwearable, at least for me. The problem is that good supportive slippers are very expensive, but in the end everyone gets what they pay for. I have a pair of Vionics sandals that I've had for seven years now. They still look almost new and are very supportive. The Adler slippers are just as supportive but fluffy to boot. They fit right out of the box. They are NOT bulky. Another brand was very heavy and bulky, not this one. If you have knee problems, you DO NOT need heavy shoes: this will make your knee problems worse. I highly recommend these slippers. My only small issue is that I wish the fleece lining was real lambswool. Despite this, they are supportive and warm, but not warm.

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
