Great fit great deal great quality

Never used knee pads but they are great for heavy squats. Provided they are also great for squats and leg presses. Everyone remembers that knee wraps are designed for HEAVY lifts. If you wear them correctly, they will limit you a bit as the purpose is to protect your knee joints and ligaments. If you're looking for something to use for compression or any leg workout, get the ProFitness knee pads instead. or get both. Remember: bandages are for heavy lifting. Not 10-12 rep ranges. I love the quality of these bandages and they are the perfect length to wrap around a few times and really go down to protect your knees. I hope next time ProFitness comes into play with wrist wraps.
