
It helps a lot if you know the actual weight of what you are trying to measure and then compare that to the measurements to see if they are measuring your powders accurately or not. However, if you can afford a scale, just start small and use the smallest scoop, that's the little one at the end of the double scoop, marked 2mg to 6mg, and moving VERY slowly to watch you . Feeling what the right dose might be. Again, it really pays to have a scale to at least know what the scoops are measuring in relation to your powder. But having said that, and since I don't have a scale myself anymore, I thought I'd help you all understand that different powders have different molecular weights. An orange spoon with a small spoon on one end and a large spoon on the other will measure 2 to 6mg depending on the substance being measured. The big scoop on the reversible orange scoop can range from 12mg to 25mg which I know is a big difference but it depends on the molecular weight of the powder. A red scoop contains 12-15 mg, I think it could actually be 10-15 mg. The black spoon is new to me as I've never seen it before so I'll use what's on this list: 6-10mg roughly depending on the powder being measured.
