Ignore those who say that the universal version head works with the Presta valve: it does NOT work. I barely hold on to the presta valve and every movement it releases air so you have to hold it with your hand. Useless when trying to mount a sensorless contactless tire. To make sure there was no mystery like screwing the head in, I opened it up and inside was just a piece of rubber, no threads. As for the lever, it just pushes the pin on the shredder valve to open it and does NOTHING to keep the head on the presta valve. If you have Presta MTB tires and need a solid tubeless seal, forget it. Get something different.
