I like this thing. It was an exchange gift for a white elephant. I tested it before packing it, that's when I fell in love and knew it should be mine. I chose my own gift to unwrap and didn't tell anyone what it was until the game was over so no one could steal it. I have horrible lumps in my upper back. The best solutions I found before this kid was a lacrosse ball and my friend's elbow. This thing is better than both together. I've been using it daily for a week and my back has gotten much better. I bring him to work. I walk to work so I'm sure I look like a half dressed cosplay lady looking for orcs to kill but I don't care. I don't feel any stiffness or pain after more than 8 hours on the computer. It's really easy to use. I positioned the massage head over my knot and my hands naturally dropped to where they should be to manipulate the wand the way I wanted. So far I've used it on my shoulders, neck, lower back and legs. The manual provides simple usage guidelines. The curves make it easy to pack away as you can attach it to almost anything. I've toyed with the idea of going smaller while traveling. If you have serious knots that require a lot of effort I suggest trying this thing out.
