simple, light and inexpensive

PoP-Voice contacted me to review it (PoP-Voice Plug and Play Metal Desktop Microphone, Condenser Microphone for Computer) and my opinion on voice, and here is my unbiased opinion. They even told me I could keep it after testing it and I will. After the first receipt ( PoP Voice Plug and Play Metal Desktop Microphone Condenser Microphone for Computer ), which came in the original box, even after Revain's request to send it as a gift and didn't, again this isn't Revain's pop voice. Additionally, the microphone itself works great both with and without an external USB sound card that comes with the kit. My Windows 10 computer recognized the external USB stick without any problems and the sound was good and clear. I also tried it with my Tascam Mini US-42 Studio and it works great too, I also used it on my Android phone with (headphone mic splitter, mic splitter and audio adapter TRRS 3.5mm male on 2 jacks headphones, headphone microphone, audio Y splitter) and flawless, it worked very well and everyone says that the sound quality is good and clear. Build quality is good, the mic itself is thin metal, the cable is 6ft long and thick and can reach any computer setup, the base is plastic with some weight. But if necessary, it is light and easy to carry. The underside of the base is also plastic, with no rubber pad or means of preventing sound transmission. Any movement on a hard surface transmits a lot of noise to the microphone. (I made a round cut out of shipping foam and glued it to the base and it worked) Also keeps it from slipping. The USB sound card's noise cancellation is good, it certainly doses the work. It's a beautiful, sleek design that can be used in a variety of ways. I plan to use it with my Tascam mini studio and my phone with a TRRS mic to 3.5mm audio splitter adapter so I can add a phone call to my broadcast and chat with a person without echo- or noise interference. Rubber mat at the bottom of the microphone stand to prevent noise transmission. Add a TRRS Microphone to 3.5mm Audio Splitter Adapter for use with Android devices.
