I was so excited to purchase this massage gun after seeing a great review of this gun on Revain. I am in severe pain and my leg is in such bad condition that it is almost impossible to get dressed due to the unwanted stimulation. My daughter has been urging me to buy a massage gun for months, claiming that it really helps with muscle tightness (large knots in one area) and aches and pains. Finally, after months of research, I took the plunge and haven't heard anything negative about this massage gun. From what I've said so far, note that this weapon has both advantages and disadvantages. Below are some of the ones I've come across. Let's get to the good: Long battery life - perfect for a full body massage, for five. It doesn't actually die off during the massage, which is nothing short of annoying, especially when you're in a lot of pain and someone is willing to help you. Multiple nozzles. l - I like the different attachments to help you get the best massage for the area you are dealing with. I personally like the ball nozzle. Maybe getting a knuckle sandwich from my brothers will bring me back to my youth, but it seems to go deeper than any other lure. Ease of use - this is probably the easiest massager I've ever used. One button on the back and it toggles you through six different speeds until it turns off and you start over. Elephant in the Room = Negative Heavy - This bad boy packs some serious weight for a massage gun. It's not a 50-pound weight, but if you're dealing with arm pain or problems, you might find it difficult to hold the instrument for long periods of time. Loud - loud - not a strong word. I swear this machine is as good as a jackhammer for the money because it's so loud. It's not advertised as being discreet, which is good because your neighbors will know when you're using it because it's so noisy. Off-Label (?) - Be very careful. The only reason I took the massage gun is the pain in my leg and the discovery of a huge lump after testing. Not only did the massage gun do nothing to relieve tension in my leg or calf and thigh, the knot is still there. Even more disturbing is that my leg was injured from using the gun. Let me say I don't have any bruises. I need a lot of strength to get a bruise. BUT I also admit that this leg has some issues and my bruising isn't the fault of the massage gun. What really bothers me is that it was on the lowest setting possible when I had the bruise. I bought the gun just to look for relief in that leg and I put the ball on my leg very lightly which gives me no muscle relief. While I've used it elsewhere and I'm happy with the results, they don't need the muscles to loosen their stranglehold on my body and start acting normal again. So for me this muscle gun is good, it's just not the best and won't break any knots you have.
