So I bought this for my elderly aunt who is starting to get into skin care. I unwrapped it in front of her. The package was crumpled but I figured there would definitely be bubble wrap inside. Roller arrived broken! The whole stone was torn from the metal. I had to put it back on and do something similar because I had to take it off and disinfect it every time. It was so awkward. Don't buy this!
