Bought this for a cruise and helped us a lot.

This worked perfect for our last cruise. I had several dual voltage devices and needed more USB ports this adapter meant we could easily charge all our devices and power my CPAP without using our one duplex US outlet which my wife needed for some of her non dual voltage items.

Pros

We traveled to France with these. Paris, Avignon, Nice and Chamonix. No issues!

Cons

First use resulted in smoke and destruction.Unreliable. Borrowed one from hotel. Worked perfectly
