I decided to try raspberry leaf tea after reading reviews of how it helped a woman go into labor. I started drinking tea rigorously at 35 weeks (almost a pack a day, drinking only tea and water), my waters ruptured at 39 weeks and within that hour I had my baby. I gave birth in 25 minutes. This is my first child, I am 21 years old. That just doesn't happen! My doctor was shocked and told me my umbilical cord was the healthiest she had ever seen (definitely not because of my diet). Needless to say I'll definitely be drinking this with my next one, I'll probably start adding it to my diet sooner.
