Based on the size grid presented, I ordered the size "13 women / 11 men". I think it would be a size 46. My foot is 280mm; #46 should be close enough. They sent number 44! I tried anyway. Fits perfectly! I've since ordered another pair using the same size chart, again a #44. Another perfect fit! I haven't raced in a while so I don't need $400-500 bike shoes. These shoes are very comfortable, fit perfectly and are stiff enough for the type of riding I do now. I recommend.
