I will say that this is partly my fault. Little did I know that in the past I've always gotten lucky and randomly bought full grain leather belts and they worked great. This "real leather" belt started falling apart on me in the first 3 months and in the last 2 months the belt has been layered and is barely holding up. I've always worn it because I don't want to spend a lot of money, but yesterday my belt ripped completely! I haven't even had this belt for 6 months and it broke! I've had other full grain leather belts that have lasted me for 5-7 years with no problem. Buyer Warning. If you want a genuine quality leather belt, buy the one that is listed as "Full Grain Leather". Learned my lesson the hard way.
