We don't use this very often, but the top of the strut does the "head" attached to the stand is terribly weak. iPad/case wobbles a lot. The worst thing is that it is not repairable at all. I'll have to check the warranty as we haven't had it that long, but that's definitely a very, very weak point and renders it completely unusable for normal use. * ok, just checked the warranty. It's there, but it's completely useless. They have to send a check for $15 along with the shipping (and of course I don't have the box) and they will decide if they will fix it. It costs more to send it back than to buy a new one, so a guarantee isn't really a guarantee. Those are empty words. I advise you not to buy as they clearly do not endorse their products.
