Love the concept of this piece and how understated it is. In theory it should work fine, but the tape that was supposed to stick it to my dash didn't work AT ALL. :( I used an alcohol swab and pressed it FIRMLY on the dash for a good minute then left it on for a few hours. When I plugged in my phone it slowly came off the dash. I taped it BACK, pressed, left it at night back in place Everything seems fine until I plug the phone in. On the other hand the hard drive was stuck to the back of my phone like a rock star.I'm hoping to find a way to attach this thing to the dash without doing anything permanent , which would ruin the dashboard.
