It's cool. I love the ease with which I can attach my iPhone 6 to my car with one hand. There is no fuss like the previous holder I tried - Kenu Airframe. My phone's metal plate is under the Apple leather case. It works great - the bulge on the back of the phone is barely visible - and just enough magnetism to hold the phone in place. I bought this based on the reviews and a bit of the hype I saw for its Kickstarter launch. I was expecting an elegant "washer" that would easily hold my LG G2 in my car. It is very well made and comes in a box that looks like an iPod Nano box. But the magnet is weak and doesn't hold my phone securely when the plate is mounted on the phone behind a thin TPU case. If you need magnetic shielding this is pretty much the only option but I want more from this product than just that. The shielded plate you put on the phone isn't one big thing; You must align the plate well or you risk a bad connection to the magnet.
