After reading many negative reviews of this thing falling off the wall I assumed it was an installation error. My apologies for thinking that of so many reviewers. I'm one of those very picky do-it-yourselfers and made sure everything was properly assembled, tightened, aligned, aligned, etc. I was proud of my work. Everything looked fine too. Well, a company that manufactures and sells fasteners should be very ashamed. A few weeks later the screw that attaches a bracket to the wall just slipped out of the slot and as it turned slightly it caused the same situation on the other side. Then the glass shelf collapsed with everything on it. Incidentally, the screws were still firmly attached to the stud bolts. The brackets fell off the screws because there is not enough structure holding the brackets. Bigger screw heads would have made it more secure but I won't trust this seller anymore. As if that wasn't enough, I can see that the price has gone up about 50% since I paid about $10 for it.
