Buying apparel online is never an exact science, but for the most part, even though this suit (top) is roomy enough that while wearing it I'll never be seen diving into the pool, playing rigorous water games with others, or even swimming fast--as the top fits loosely. I'm keeping it. Wore it yesterday and had every female passionately inquiring where they could buy one. (Egads--I hope we don't all show up one day soon, all of us set to impress, ready for a pool day and sun-basking--being suited-up in this awesomely dramatic creation.) Everything about it is wonderful--the designer's choice of colors, ties, straps and other details all in the right places--perfectly sexy w/out crossing any decency lines, and because of its adorable design, there's not even the slightest hint that this suit is being worn to shield some less-toned areas of the female body, by fancily flaunting high fashion and excellent taste. The only thing to fear is if someone else were to possibly show up, both of you clad in the same suit. There's no distance sufficient enough to downplay if this were to occur.I could've prob gone one or even two sizes smaller on the top, but ladies who tend to find few style choices in swimwear (being amply endowed,) need to look no further. The design hides just the right parts without covering too much.Anyone hesitating from concern that the skirt part's transparency might be too revealing (as I was,) can be assured that it's not THAT transparent. The fabric is gathered enough to create a body-blocking effect for the areas it covers--the foremost aspect of swimwear-shopping, i.e. waist and hips. I think because the suit IS semi-transparent particularly THERE, it conveys the image of the wearer NOT NEEDING to hide that area--while secretly doing JUST THAT.I had a difficult time choosing which suit to buy (of the two,) and decided not to buy both, as the colors and polka dots might overshadow any style distinctions between the two. My 30-something YO daughter immediately fell in love with my suit. She chose the other design as its style best addresses her problem areas.Bottom line: All I can add is that it's been decades since I remember receiving compliments on my swimsuit. Not so, with this one! If you like it, BUY IT. Go ahead and move the cursor up to the top of the page and to the right, to click on "add to cart" or "buy now." If you have the cash, buy both, or more than one of your favorite. It may not be available next year.
