K-Cups with the convenient built-in I compared this to my one-cup Keurig K-Mini coffee maker and it ran faster and took up less space on my counter. The biggest benefit of this coffee maker is that you can either use the K cups for maximum convenience, or use the brew basket and fill in your own freshly ground coffee. Using your own coffee is a lot cheaper, creates no waste and allows you to brew a stronger cup of coffee if you want. I like it even though it's a bit cheesy. But it works well and is big enough to hold large travel mugs up to about 7 1/4 inches high. Brews 6 to 14 ounces of coffee.
