Very comfortable but not uncomfortable. I feel secure and don't spit fat out of my armpits or back (sorry I couldn't take a picture but I hope the bra keeps everything in place. I'm an avid tennis player, I walk long distances and when I I'm in shape, I run, of all these activities I would say the last one, running, is a bit tiresome due to the elasticity so there can be more bounce than you runners might like.
