The ZAGG screen protector was used on my new phone for about a week before I saw a thin tear in the screen protector. Note that I haven't done anything crazy. I didn't drop my phone (it was new so I was very careful with it). I was able to order another case for free with shipping. The replacement screen protector has lost its adhesion. It no longer adheres securely to my phone, causing me to lose touchscreen sensitivity when trying to make a call or text. I'm in an odd position because I don't want to remove the screen protector, but at the same time I can. I don't fully use my phone when it's on because it doesn't fit the phone fully. I have a warranty, I'm thinking of ordering a new one to see if it gives me the same issues with the third as I did with the last two. Let's hope the third time is a charm. On a positive note, installing the screen protector was a breeze. It contains all the tools you need to successfully align your screen protector.
