Review on 🎨 Enhanced Protex World Convertible Soft Top Canvas Restorer Black 1ltr - Restores Color to Pristine Condition by Steve Quinn

I have nothing to lose, my wife didn't like the tan top and wanted to go black after looking for a new black top (took $300 and much more for a new one when I got it install ) I was looking at Protex World Convertible Soft Top Canvas Restorer Black to see if I could just use it. I had already cleaned the top well so it was spotless and looking great, my wife still wanted black. I bought a liter of black. I applied 3 coats of black, let the first coat dry for 3 hours, then applied the second coat which dried overnight, the third coat the next evening. The results speak for themselves, see before and after photos. The top of the Corvette was very easy to work on and tape off, I undid the top handles, put newspaper under the gaskets and used old towels on the truck part, taped the windows and used a cheap brush (if I had to do it again I would got a nicer brush, the bristles came off here and had to be ripped off there) and started at the center of the tip and moved forward and to the sides. The first layer of the top was loose (it seemed to me that it could be loose, the fabric will absorb more paint), the second and third layers I put on, as if driving it. If I had to do it all over again I would order a pack of paint and sealer and save $5 so now I have to order sealer before I get it out of stock. Generally brown fabric, this is a summer car (third car along with the bike) so the top should be down most of the time, but if I need to touch up or change coat it saves me hundreds of dollars just my thoughts.
