Excellent PC for the money. Just go to the Lenovo website and update the BIOS and any other available updates. I had issues with the USB ports just stopping working, but this was fixed with any updates he picked up from Lenovo's update page/website. I love its size, although for me that was its biggest selling point! If you're not a power user and just looking for something to replace your GIANT tower and web surfing, then you've come to the right place! Plenty of storage space and processing speed for your average user needs. I also received mine in great condition but I wouldn't care if it had cosmetic damage or "it hasn't been used", keep that in mind before you buy so you aren't disappointed if those things are important are you.
