Review on 💧 Marineland PA0140 Micron Cartridge: Optimal Filtration for Magnum Canister Filters - 1-Pack by Danielle Albanese

Not suitable for DE and damaged part cleaning. The original cartridge that comes with the polishing canister is of higher quality. I used these for DE/polishing and the cartridge did not "load" DE into the canister. After 90 minutes, the feed water (5 gallon pail containing 6 teaspoons of DE) was still very cloudy, indicating the DE was flowing through the cartridge/filter. The original cartridge that came with the polishing filter was fully charged in about 20-25 minutes. Also, following the included cleaning instructions by soaking in a bleach/water solution, the rubber parts on the ends of the cartridge began to "break" and degrade, making them very sticky and deformed. Would not recommend this product.
