It's easy accessability of this software makes it very practical for my architectural firm at work! I have no real complaints about revitcity as an organization itself; however, their support services could be more robust in terms of resolution time when help-desk staff need assistance right away without having to wait several days. The benefits that we see include efficiency throughout our office regarding creating project files as well as allowing us to build models faster than traditional methods would allow. I like the easy navigation and the clear and concise instructions. I think it could be a little more intuitive, but it is still a nice tool to have. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a tool that is easy to use and is helpful. It is a great way to organize your building models and make them more efficient.
