This bag definitely doesn't have 3.5 liters or so. Actually it's 2nd plus or minus. I'm spending this so I can wear a change of shoes and a sweatshirt. They fit, and the selected tools I brought all fit, but there isn't as much room as advertised. The build quality is excellent and I expect it to last a long time. It's just worth noting that it can be a bit small if you use it for things other than strictly tools like me.
