I hate this product. I love the 360 degree idea but I spent 15 minutes putting a rag on the handle. I ended up grabbing the handle to open the slot and still too quick to put the handle back in place. I used it for 10 minutes and the rag fell off the handle, again I couldn't just put the rag back on. I gave up and just used the rag by hand. Also, the grip sleeve is not deep enough to hold the rag in place. The original handle and duster (blue) were easy to attach, and the handle had a retractable part on the prongs to keep the duster in place. Please never stop making blue and original pen or find better setting considering my comments.
