. My scalp and face love it. Yes, I said face! I try to use it at least twice a week and it's been great. Sleep like a baby. The hair is not damaged by the application because it is a scalp massage. Helps release clenched jaws that many of us seem to have these days. Two settings, but I use "more aggressive" if I can call it that. I've been very happy about it!
