Generally good quality, if a bit thin. My Apple Pen doesn't squeak across the screen. My only complaint is that there are 3 packs, but the small strips are only enough to last (and a wet cloth) for 2 of them. So if I need to replace it with a third one, I'll have to use my own tape. I don't know, maybe mine is just poorly packaged? Luckily I have washi tape to use. I hope that will do. But it's easy to install after watching the instruction video.
