The fabric is soft and light weight, but not so thin as to look cheep. Color is as shown. Somewhat stretchy, but seems to keep its shape nicely. Looks good with jeans but can be dressed up with black slacks. The only problem is that it is not petite (which I knew when I ordered) and is at least 2 inches longer than I like. I'm 5'2" and petite T-shirts are really hard to find and often very expensive so I've gotten used to wearing longer shirts. Some time clothes made in China are shorter than those made in America but this shirt is true to American sizes in everyway.
