difficult to draw water through a straw
I didn't really like the functionality of the water bottle. It took too much suction to lift the straw and I felt like I had too much air in my stomach. Also, during a breathless workout on back exercises, you need to quickly take a sip of water and move on. It took too much time and energy to get through the straw. Also, if you picked it up and knocked it over, it would end up spilling on you. One consolation - the water was delicious.
