Wheels Failed good for Handry-Ons

I would like to start by saying that initially I really liked this bag. The dividers were exactly what I was looking for and for the first few days I couldn't be happier with this bag. But it went downhill from there. I just bought this bag a few weeks ago for a trip to Greece. On the third day of the trip, one of the wheels came off, forcing me to lug this bag around Greece for the rest of the trip (which is why you can see the plastic wear on one side). The second wheel is also in the process of falling off and I had to snap it back into place to keep it from rolling a little and not falling off completely. The bag itself was excellent. But what good is a rolling tracksuit if it doesn't roll and you have to carry it around? I could understand if this bag has been used and it was due to normal wear and tear. But it was the very first time it was used and it let me down immediately. I'm really hoping to get a refund/replacement/parts but that remains to be seen. Until then, I have no choice but to give this bag one star. **UPDATE/EDIT** I contacted Revain to see if there was anything they could do about the broken wheels on this bag and they fixed it straight away. They chalked it up to a defective item and gave me the option of a refund or replacement. I appreciate how that was handled and since I liked the bag (until the wheel fell off) I'll give it another try and hope it was an isolated case. Hope my spare bag holds up better and will report back after some use.
