Looks top notch. A little tight in the opening which I'm used to for my 40 inch waist but I'm sure the more I wear it the more it will stretch.

- Exceptional quality product...44 seems closer to 46. I'm still looking for a way to get it working with minor adjustments.

- It may not fit people with waist size more or less than 44.
