Review on RockTape 2-Inch Highly Adhesive Kinesiology Tape by Hector Szymczak

In the summer of 2021, around July, I started having problems with my left (right-handed) hand while playing golf. After a physical exam I was told that this is a type of tendonitis that can only really heal if I rest my arm for 4-6 weeks. Well, that was out of the question for this amateur tournament player, so I accepted the offer of physical therapy. Long story short, after one visit I left with a few samples of Rock Tape and learned how to partially wrap my hand. After 2 successful rounds of pain reduction I bought it from Revain. I cut it in half lengthwise to create 1 x 16" strip and after 10+ rounds just added another type of glove to relieve grip pressure (Bionic - which I'll admit also helped but after experimenting with regular gloves this didn't make much of a difference), I noticed the pain was gone! I kept rolling over before each round, but eventually I realized I didn't need any more. Preserving that particular tendon with Rock Tape has allowed me to avoid tournaments and random games during our limited season here in Colorado Highly recommended!
