Just got it in the mail, installed in 10 minutes For the people who say they have trouble taking the old one out and need to break it, use a spatula and stick it under the old one. It pushes back the tabs and you can take it out very easily. Look at the back of your replacement to see where the tabs are and how they are aligned. It's hard plastic, it's not the soft pad that comes from the factory, but I didn't find it uncomfortable. It's definitely better than the corners of the old one curling up and biting your hand while driving. I would definitely buy this product again but due to the quality of the product I probably won't have to. It makes a very good impression and I would buy it again at any time if the need arose.
