Used ink cartridges

I bought these in February thinking I was about to run out of ink. The ink ran out on April 1st. When I opened the package I found 3 previously used ink cartridges. Plastic protection elements have been separated. Upon closer inspection, there was duct tape on the packaging. Looks like someone used it and repackaged it. The ink was advertised as new. I thought I'd buy new stuff. Buyer Warning.
