Really bright and beautiful. I saw no problem with how it was done. I gave it a 4 because my 4 year old who is rough with toys broke the red paint. This isn't so much for playing with young children as it is for looks. You can get a $5 plastic set at Walmart that they can be rough on. I glue mine on and it will look great in kindergarten.
