Review on LIANYU 40 Piece Silverware Set, Stainless Steel Flatware Set for Home Kitchen Hotel Restaurant, Service for 8, Mirror Finish, Dishwasher Safe by Angel Brown

We originally received this set as a wedding gift. We liked them so we decided to buy another set because they always ran out. Everything in the new set was the same EXCEPT the forks. In the new set, the forks had this odd protrusion under the tines (see picture). They're also SIGNIFICANTLY longer than the originals (yes, I'm comparing dinner forks to dinner forks, not dinner forks to salad forks). I also think they are unusually long for a dinner fork and longer than some of the other random forks we have. The originals are about 7.25 inches long and the new ones are 7.75 inches long. Very disappointed because we liked the original set we had but it doesn't look good. Also, larger forks have a lot more flex to handle, so old and new can't be stacked together at all. I hesitate to exchange them because I don't know if I will have the same problem again.
