My camera lens glass cracked because my case was not thick on the back to protect my cameras from the back when I dropped my phone. Use the hair dryer on hot around the camera for about 1 minute - slowly and gently pry the glass with the tools provided (be careful not to poke or scratch the camera itself) - Use the hair dryer again to soften and clean the sticky glue with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol or with the tools provided - put the new glass on and heat again with a hair dryer and press the glass, voila! The process took about 15 minutes for one camera
