I received this and set up a return prior to use. What I noticed upon receipt is that the detachable bottom is about 1 inch smaller than the inner circumference of the base. This causes it to move, effectively leaving an air gap at the bottom which is vulnerable to liquid or grease ingress from below. Also, after the dish is cooked, the bottom is 1 inch smaller than the food, which only causes the side crusts to fall off around the bottom. This is bad design and the product feels cheap and not worth the money.
