Pretty but doesn't fly

Pretty but not the best design if you want to fly a kite. I've flown a lot of kites and was concerned about the design but it's really pretty and my daughter loves the blue color and the butterflies so I took a chance. I think it will fly on a very very windy day. But other dragons will fly if this one doesn't remember.
