I like that it's easy to use, has all of my project management tools in one place (assignees/tasks).

It is also very customizable so you can make your own workflow if needed or just go with what they provide out-of-the box for ease of setup & implementation! There are some features we need but haven't been able to implement yet because there isn't an API available - which would be great since our team uses Zapier extensively as well. We've used other PM software before where everything was siloed into different apps instead of being integrated within 1 platform. This makes things easier when switching projects between clients without having to switch platforms midstream.
