I needed a new remote control after my new fur baby chewed on the old one. First, there is no power and volume button. I wish I knew I would never buy a remote control. The worst thing about the remote control is that I don't know if the buttons work badly or what, but when you press the buttons you have to press them multiple times for them to work once. So if you need to scroll at all, it's basically useless. (I say 5 or 6 times and press the same button hard to make it work). The only positive thing is that it connected to my TV right away. I will keep this one as a backup and order another one.
