These brilliantly designed and engineered stands are also made from quality materials. The plastic under the base designed for cable management is a bit loose in the kit I received. I've tried securing them by tightening the small screws that hold them in place, but they seem to have snapped off and won't tighten. It doesn't seem to be a problem - I have to listen to make sure it doesn't rattle/hum on big bass notes. A piece of advice: if you are using carpet spikes, do not follow the instructions. Instead, screw them in last after routing the power cord. Got myself unnecessarily punctured later in the sequence while installing the power cord. Overall very happy with this purchase.
