Just so you have the facts, I’m a 63 year old woman. I’ve just always been curious about these. Now, I’ve seen descriptions claiming that some of these will spin for minutes. This one spins for about 45 seconds. Since I’m not competing with teenagers, I really don’t care about that. What makes this special are the lights. Each light has four different settings, so you won’t get tired of the plethora of options. Spinning it sideways in your hand create a mesmerizing little light show that is endlessly fascinating. almost hypnotic. If you set all three lights on setting number three, you can see series of dashed lines that shrink to dots, disappear, and then return to lines, in three colors. I love this thing! It’s remarkably restful and clears my mind. The downside is that there doesn’t seem to be any way to replace the batteries, so I guess when they run out, it’s done. However, I don’t use it for hours a day, so it should make me happy for a fairly long time, I hope. I really do like this and am surprised by the amount of pleasure I get out of using it. One star off for the battery situation.
