Update. The seller contacted and explained that he had problems with the manufacturer. The seller replaced my products with new ones that immediately grew to 3 inches when opened. It didn't take any time at all. If your insulation hasn't expanded, write to the seller. Very good customer service. Terrible product! Absolutely never expanded from the first day it opened. Wait 48 hours, nothing happens. The only reason this product has a 1 star and not a zero star is because you can open the case. I cut out my styrofoam and put it in and threw the original styrofoam in the bin.
