This Welluck RV lock looks very nice with exposed stainless steel hardware and a nice matte black powder coat finish. There is a weather seal on the back of the outer latch. The lock and deadbolt keys are the same key which means only one key is needed to lock and unlock the door on my Haulmark closed utility trailer door which is a plus compared to the lock I replace and the out some reason needed two different button. . Instructions are clear and include latch dimensions, installation and operation. Worth the price!
