Review on Totalcloud by Mark Harrison

I like that it's easy for me as an admin user, because they have all my server info in one place which makes managing them much easier than having multiple tools/apps open at once! It does take some time getting used to navigating through their system but after awhile you get comfortable using this software. There aren't any downsides or dislikes about totalCloud so far! Make sure you are familiar with how everything works before jumping into management mode; otherwise there can be issues when adding new servers. We use totalCloud primarily to manage our EC2 instances (we also do DBA work).
