Low Volume, High Response

I bought the USB-C version for my s20 to charge while listening to music. It emits a high-pitched ringtone when connected to the network, even when the phone is not connected. The volume is very low and the sound quality is not very good. My single function adapter is way better and even Bluetooth sounded better than this one. I'm sending it back and will keep looking. Also of note is that the connector on this one is quite large and won't fit without stretching my phone case.
