I've had this item for about two months now. I had problems from the start when trying to switch between different brightness levels. I assumed it was an empty outlet on my end. Now that I understand the problem is NOT mine it's too late to go back. If I really work on it, I can sometimes make it work. But for the most part he was shot. The cable/USB is made too cheaply and doesn't last. I can try another cable I have at home and hope for the best. But considering I've had the same A4 for over a year now with no problems, that just tells me it was just cheaply made. waste of money.
